Dr. Starmanda Bullock is a Professor of Design and the Coordinator of the Design Program at Howard University. Dr. Starmanda Bullock’s research is underway into the theory and practice of visual language design based on the proposition that ” the ascendancy of the syntactic relationship of the `image’ to text, sound, and motion is central to the evolution of the human species language systems in twenty-first century culture.”
